At God Particle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@godparticle.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

• Eligibility: Items must be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Process: To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at hello@godparticle.co with your order number and the item you wish to exchange it for. We will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions.
• Processing: Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will process the new item and ship it to you within 7-10 business days.
